Photography + Website Special Offer $6,900.00 Includes: Photography Website Terms and Condition

Photoshoot:

1. Call us at 213.236.4452 to discuss your needs. You must book your photoshoot 2 weeks in advance. Your shoot will be 4 hours in our LA studio using state of the art digital photography equipment and lighting.

2. We will shoot up to 16 styles. Los Angeles clients should bring garment samples, including accessories, no later than 1 full day prior to the photoshoot. Samples should be wrinkle free and ready to shoot. Steaming by stylist additional $100 if deemed necessary. Out of town clients can ship samples to our photo studio at 315 E. 8th St., Suite 1204, Los Angeles, CA 90014. Shipped samples must arrive no less than 2 working days before photoshoot. Steaming by stylist additional $100 mandatory for shipped samples.

3. If fabric/color swatches are to appear on the website, provide them to us along with the garment samples, indicating style number/name for each swatch.

4. We will select a male or female model from our database according to your needs. Hair & Makeup styling not included.

5. Choose a solid color background for the shoot. Or we can digitally cut out models and place them on digital image backgrounds for an additional $35 per shot.

6. After the photoshoot you may access a digital lightbox to select your final shots. Indicate to us the style name/number for each selected photo.

Website:

1. Your website will be based on a database-driven template design. An additional $29.95 monthly hosting fee will apply.

2. Choose your base website design from our templates here. If you have a logo that will appear on the site, send it in electronic format to design@silverimagestudios.com. Tell us your preferred background color (eg black, white, etc), and accent colors. We will present a sample layout for your review. You will be allowed one design revision, and after approval we will finish the layout of all pages in the site. Graphic design charges beyond this point will be billed at $105 per hour.

3. Provide us with a list of product categories for the site navigation. For example, if you sell menswear, your categories might be "suits", "jackets", "shirts", "pants", etc. You may also indicate subcategories, such as "long sleeve shirts" and "short sleeve shirts". Please consider your categories carefully before beginning the website. Please note: you may have your products appear in multiple categories at the same time.

4. Provide us a complete list of needed website pages, for example "about us", "contact" etc. Send us all text for all website pages. We will not proceed past initial layout phase until all text has been provided, including photo selections and all product information.

5. You have the option to enable or disable a shopping cart on your site for retail consumers. Disabling the shopping cart can be advantageous for manufacturers/wholesalers who do not want to have their prices visible to the public. If you choose to enable a shopping cart, additional payment gateway fees will apply, depending on which payment processor is chosen.

6. Basic keywords included for Search Engine Optimization. Content writing, link development and first page ranking on Google and Yahoo at additional cost.
